We design and manufacture every Lightbox with care and attention. If you are unhappy with your Lightbox for any reason, please get in touch as soon as possible.
All of our Lightboxes are custom-made to order using your photographs and we will create your Lightbox after you have confirmed that you are happy with the final design. Therefore, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange unless the Lightbox is faulty.
In the unlikely event that your Lightbox doesn't work, please check that you have connected the power supply, the mains power is turned on and the switch is on. If your Lightbox still doesn't illuminate, please get in touch and we will arrange a refund or replacement as a matter of urgency.
If you do need to return the Lightbox, it should be returned with all the components (including power supply) and wrapped securely (in the original packaging if possible).
We will arrange for pickup of your Lightbox with our courier company or you can post it to:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and let you know when the replacement will be despatched.
We will refund the cost of carriage to your credit/debit card within 14 days.
